Our extensive employee benefits package provides financial protection and peace of mind for our employees and their families. Full-time employees are eligible for all of Canon's benefits plans, while part-time employees are eligible for our retirement plan.

  • Medical: Canon Business Process Services provides several comprehensive and cost-effective medical plans for which we and our employees share the cost of coverage. You have a choice between several national PPO plans. Additionally in California, you can also enroll in a Kaiser HMO plan.
  • Prescription drug coverage: The prescription drug discount program provides access to over 59,000 retail pharmacies nationwide.
  • Dental insurance: We offer our employees the option of choosing between two different dental plans—a PPO and a DMO.
  • Vision coverage: We offer coverage for exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.
  • Disability insurance: We provide both short-term disability and long-term disability coverage at no cost to you.
  • Life and AD&D insurance: We provide basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment insurance coverage at no cost to you.
